This advice provides guidance for people wishing to defer travel, cancel bookings, return their vehicle early, those affected by Travel Restrictions and mandatory 14-day self-isolation and serves to inform customers of what we are doing at Travellers Autobarn to protect our customers and our staff.


We remain open for business, we would also like you to know we have your back and have amended our cancellation policy to allow much support and comfort as we can during these difficult times. Our normal terms and conditions still apply, outside of the these changes.

Rest assured that if you book now (up to June 30) and change your mind we will not be charging you a cancellation fee if you later change your mind or are prevented from travelling. All deposits and fees can be converted to credit vouchers for use at a later date. All credit vouchers can be used in all countries (AUSTRALIA, NZ & USA) without any date restrictions.

If you have returned your rental vehicle early - and seek a credit voucher - please ensure you have read our credit voucher policy for early returns before contacting us - Australia - New Zealand - USA! Please do NOT APPLY until you have RETURNED your VEHICLE!
